The rooms were well equipped and cleaned daily which made the stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, with a wide array of local businesses nearby, such as Carrefour and an Apple store. the staff was amazing and very helpful, arranging a difficult trip for us and checking in to ensure everything was going well.
The hotel staff's limited English made it difficult to communicate, especially while using room service. They should look to hire more English-speaking staff members.

The hotel facilities were perfect and the room was cleaned every day. We were impressed by the attentive management who solved any problems we had. The location was also convenient for visiting the nearby Panda research station. we would recommend this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness.

The hotel's location is not great, being in a run, down and unappealing area; however, there is a Carrefour next door with some interesting local shops. the room is comfortable and clean with a good Wi, Fi connection. the staff are generally helpful and friendly, and the facilities are well, maintained.
The breakfast is not included in the expensive room rate.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a delightful experience. The room facilities were perfect and cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment. The staff members, with their kind and helpful demeanors, were always ready to solve any problem that arose. The free Wi-Fi provided reliable and fast internet access, which was a major convenience during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location, despite being in a less than ideal area, did not deter from the overall experience.
